oi ts... list not complete...

1. QA - attitude i also dunno what to say. always push solution finding to else where and only in action when got problem. pipur suggest early2 got problem duwwan do anything.. mafan kononya.
2. HR - dunno how to hire.
3. those department push others because got to meet sales when never put any buffers in their simulation or what ever.
4. those department that only care about dead lines but never plan properly. what call this r?
5. RND - alot companies do simple2 stuff also they call themselfs rnd?? fortune500 also wayang only in malaysia. kek then no take input from other dept. like sales, marketing, QA, manufacturing, etc. just dump problematic product and call it a day.

Im not sure, but where I used to work, boss sexretary office has the smexiest OL followed by dept, finance and HR.

HR Recruiters, because they always filter candidates in order:
1) Looks (preferably female between ages 25 to 29)
2) Degree
3) Experience

IF like that, I also can filter la, don't need them to help me filter candidates.

HR can outsource these days. So quite redundant . All company I joined , HR dept does not have 1 important thing which is "Innovation" . Most of them only do repetitive work. Filing, filing and filing, then go imigresen to do visa for expats. I have never seen someone who can innovate to automate these repetitive work , using computerize system link to government agencies or someone to even propose it. A lot of companies have HR helpdesk these days, but none have implemented a computerized kiosk with all common FAQ so that it can be automated instead of a human answering the same question over and over again. Like what is my employee benefit ? How do I bring my spouse over from another country since I'm an expat ?

Occupational Health Safety dept to me is the most useless to me but not in the list. So I vote HR.

Ok, seems like HR is the top of the list but in most companies, the top person in HR, ie. HR director etc, is one of the most important person as all the top level management including CEOs will need to rely the conditions of their contract on the HR director and the board etc.

HR recruiter lg useless. Never bother to screen out candidate first. Direct bg application pada hire dept. Alasan 'You guys more expert in this'. Then wth you are here for?
My father last time sound his HR manager 'we are the one that pay your salary'. You guys not an asset but only a liability.

Those saying payroll no one do, finance/accounting dept can easily takeover. In fact can put legal and admin under their watch too
