1. HR - Depend on company size: small:Admin can do. Big:need HR
2. FINANCE / ACCOUNTING - Important
3. MARKETING - Sales can do
4. SALES - important
5. IT / MIS - important
6. ADMIN - important but not that much
7. PURCHASING - depends on company nature
8. LEGAL - cannot outsource meh?

basically based on this poll, basically it mean finance/accounting department is the most important department in a company. Heart & soul.
No wonder most directors/CEO usually in finance/accounting background.

To u guys.. my friend work in bank HR. He say his job very important ok. Keep employees morale and help them progress in their career. He feel so proud of his job.
