I think it depends on your usage.
I'm getting VX3276-2k to replace my u2414h (with soundbar)
so the added speaker is a plus for me.
I don't use VGA, so not an issue for me.
I need DP and mini DP, 2 x HDMI is a another plus for me (in case I want to hook up dvd player / IOT gadgets)
