i hv not encountered that problem before.
but there may be other issues such that u need to restart the android.
either u cut power to restart or go to settings, about, restart with power connected.
effect is same.

also, check update. if there is new update waiting and yr internet speed is good, do update - takes 15-20 mins.

Anybody here experiencing some discoloration on the lower right bottom section like thus on their tv?

How do I go about filing a complaint? Through email to sharp or to the place I bought the tv from?

if ur tv still within manufacturer's warranty, i would suggest the call sharp, as their service is quite prompt.

if u bring to shop, it might takes longer days, as they will prepare the technicians from sharp on behalf of u.

astro go users... be informed there is new app version after weeks of beta testing.

NEW astrogo apk is 2.192.5/AC19.2.5/041de2b

while it is available, it has not been forced on devices yet.

this new app can be sideload on the tv BUT does not work well - severe video judders, unwatchable.

DO NOT use this new version; keep using old v8.2.6.

hopefully, the next updated version will work well for AndroidTV OS.
