ok, i think i need to get another DL vid up cos mine looks slightly different. anyway guys, i corrected my DL form. I straightened my back, shin touch bar but am having problems with the grip. you guys are teling me to hold with shoulder width, but holding like that really limits my movements, plus i can barely put my knees between my arms on starting point. i think i should hold in slightly wider than shoulder width? |
