First of all, congrats on the PR. But Kirk, your lower and upper torso need to straighten out at the same time. Your straightening your lower torso first in the second vid. Also, you're rounding your lower back a little. Keep your upper back more arched, like you're being butt fukked from behind (I'm serious).

Your first vid's form is better.

ok, i think i need to get another DL vid up cos mine looks slightly different.

anyway guys, i corrected my DL form.
I straightened my back, shin touch bar but am having problems with the grip.

you guys are teling me to hold with shoulder width, but holding like that really limits my
movements, plus i can barely put my knees between my arms on starting point.

i think i should hold in slightly wider than shoulder width?

Haha. The guy's my friend. He's from Missouri in the States. Nick on bb.com is Hola Bola and real name is Blake. Nice guy, i talk to him on AIM when i can. One of the more popular members of bb.com. Extremely dedicated to the sport. I think he got his break though, some supp company hired him as a rep.
