I'm not a creatine user, but IIRC, first 5-7 days, everyday take 5 times/day.

Then after the first week, u can cut down to about once/non workout days and twice/workout days (morn/prior to workouts)

I THINK!

i'm not absolubtly sure. never was a supplement fan.

Added on May 5, 2007, 8:12 amThat part of the muscle comes from incline benchpresses, dumbell flys and a majorly expensive skintan.

incline bench press trains upper chest. regarding inner chest, there is some controversy there. some ppl believe that we cannot train our inner chest in isolated way. in order to get the male cleavage, u need to have big chest.
anyway, "cable crossover" exercise targets at chest muscle with emphasize on inner chest.

1) Loading phase : First 5 days, 5 grams (1 teaspoon) 4 times a day.
Purpose : To saturate your system with creatine.

Maintenance dosage : 5 grams once a day where:-
On workout days, take 5 grams pre or post workout
Non workout days, 5 grams in the morning.

2) Get your chest bigger so you'll have a nice deep cleavage. And that means focusing on the basics. The Bench Press and incline bench press. There's no point sculpting anything if you don't have anything to sculpt. Get the size first. Good luck!

yeah!
i've always preferred the old school bodybuilders to be totally frank, the bodybuilders that went to the game to build a symetrical and herculean physique. Not some big piece of gorillameat. Ppl like Ruhl and Ronnie....bleh.

People like Dexter Jackson, I felt should've won Mr. Olympia, to smack in the faces of these meatheads saying 'Hey dude, your time's up....we're back to the beauty symmetry game".

Altho I ain't bodybuildin, i'll say these guys are worth takin time to look to. Mike Mentzer, Arnie and.....what's that guy's name.....he with the bottle shoulders.......mister olympia around the 70's one. Died d la....

those were chun, nowdays all macam they ambik daging lembu tampal kat atas kulit dia, pi posing.

Hey Guys!

Just wondering.

Are the looks/placement of our abs muscles highly dependent on genetic?

Let us take for e.g;

How come Ronnie's abs muscles look so weirdly placed as compared to Dexter's abs?

I mean Dexter's six pack looks more compact as compared to Ronnie's one.

Genetic ? Different training routine ? or simply Ronnie's preference .. ??
