i intend to post up a workout journal

b4 that, im looking to build up my upper body first before i do my love handles...
is that okay? cuz i think if i have leaner and stronger shoulders and chest,they cover up the look first...haha

i intend to do a whole body workout day per day
the f***ed up thing is, i only have thursday to sunday to workout

maybe u guys cud make up certain workout plan for me...and i do the math on the food intake
cuz im dead bored with the plan the instructors made for me (which later on they left me at my own devices...which is good)

Losing overall bodyfat means to have a caloric deficit. with cardio and more protein doesn't necesarily mean losing fat..
btw, in case you don't know, caloric deficit means
using more calories than you consume. you need a deficit of at least 500 cals.
and about building upper body first, yuo can do anything you want, its your body. just don't go too unproportionate and have a big upper body and broomstick legs. ppl will laugh at that...
