If Top Glove is so strict on BMI
to be honest, they should provide Gym subsidy and even provide fitness trainers to their staffs, since they so care about their Staff Health. If they don't have this, its bullshit. |

Cannot be smoker - smoking is bad and the boss do not like smoker (This one can understand) Brush teeth - maintain a darlie teeth BMI cannot exceed XX - Fatty get lost This is adoption of China + Japan culture liao, but their over-reliant on labour has back fire and slow transition to automation has hurt them, causing Hartalega become market leader in glove industry. TG keep makan other small small company to growth and become this big, do glove until go buy property, that setia alam office lot until now still very empty. Just look at their Sepang NGC, spent about 2bil building it. Running at 90-92% capacity, meaning to say that it is running almost whole day long and without stop. Topglove boss so calculative, he won't invest that much on automation and staff training. |
