Top employer is becos of high turnover. Look at accounting firms. All top emplyers award every year. Why? Becos every year mass resignations.

Ive always been curious, people who bash bosses, call them chinaman and what not

When they become bosses, then how

cause frankly, you are paying money out, the company revenue is still duno can hit a not for the year, and the staff is slacking in the pantry.

im sure people who are TL/Managers know how it feels

seems the company dont trust its employees.

a good company no need to tell "too much holiday". people will volunteer to do OT because they feel responsible.

the policies one day will backfire them. seniors jumping out will kill innovation.
