if you do not need symbian, get k750i. it is well worth of features.

i am ex k750i and n70 user and try to give some comment here

as youngkies said,k750 is worth for the money,nice camera and features

but if you need 3g,bigger screen,more multimedia supported(.avi,.wma),you may get a n70,but the camera is so-so only.

4)got infared or bluetooth(better got two of it)
5)camera must be more than 2.0mp or 2.0mp also can
6)must have memory card
7)got or don't have 3G also can
8)sound must be loud
9)better not a clampshell
10)must not a model that has stopped producing(example: W800,W550)

I'm planning to get a phone once I return to Malaysia. I haven't use a cell phone/ hp for 4 yrs (hp fever just began 2 yrs ago in the US, so I didn't need one.), so I'm really lacking in the hp's spec and trend/ brand department.

So, I like recommendations along these lines (arranged based on priorities):

1. Design/ Type: sleek, small, slider (and others. No flip/ clamp phones)

2. Other: User-friendly built-in phone software and nice-to- touch / easy-to press-keypads. (I have a nice experience with nokia (that's 4 years ago).. so something like that)

3. Budget: RM 1k - 1.5k (This is based on the prices in US, so i maybe off with what I want. Feel free to recommend phones that are out of this price range.)

4. Function: I don't need a camera or a music phone or the PDA-like type phones. My priority would be able to connect to the Internet and calling people.

5. Brand: Any good brands.

As for lady, and with ur budget i will recommend u SE W880i (slim design) or SE W850i (slider). Really eligent and i think u will like it
