Why it open automatically and charge money every time?

Hotlink, it's time you put a stop this pay per use charge for data regardless of the package. No data subscription simply means no data required. Statics can cause electronic things to the change setting sometimes.

For customer who keen to use data, we will always suggest them to upgrade their plan to our latest Hotlink Fast Plan to enjoy the free 8GB weekend data & free basic internet. I get using my home Wifi, and when I'm not using my phone but my balance got deducted...Check E-statement shows during that period data charges for GPRS. why?
