Perhaps it is normal for every user of this old Hotlink plan? The same thing happened to me as my credit was reducing bit by bit even though my data was off. The Hotlink Customer lady on the phone cannot give any reason on this. I even went to the extent to complained to MCMC but there is insufficient evidence to suggest that Hotlink is stealing customers' data so no action was taken. The missing credit or unnecessary charging of data does not happen with the new Hotlink Plan (Hotlink Fast). I am on this plan for about 5 or 6 months now but there are some disadvantages with this plan too. Well, nothing is perfect.
Perhaps Hotlink wants all users to upgrade to the new Hotlink Fast plan by causing all this nuisance to users that are still on the old Hotlink plan.
