end up while block 8am only 1 trip for RM11 to kl city

thats why crapcar dont dare to cut drivers incentive if the fare remain ridiculous. many may just quit

honestly i didnt know can wear shorts.  I've seen youtube videos of uber drivers in USA wearing shorts but didnt know its acceptable here also.
i never, and i guess never will altho i love wearing shorts.
the riders need to know its not drivers fault that uber send us request while we're still 10-15 mins away from completing a ride. if request keeps coming in and we don't accept then acceptance rate drop and will put us offline.
again, i'll tell the riders 'if you can wait, u wait, otherwise u cancel'
one time this lady send me long msg while i was completing a ride asking stuff like "i can see you are still completing a ride, if its taking too long can u cancel & i request another ride becos i'm running late" i was like, she really expect me to reply her msg WHILE i was driving another rider? in my mind, fukc u la...

I have a question. did anyone notice the difference between iphone and andriod grab app?
I notice that Android app u can see the total 5 STAR that you earn so far but on iphone dont have.

So why i bring up this is due to this week my star drop up to 4.7 from 4.83 in 3 days. I dont see ant miss understand with any rider. Anyway i unable to check how many 5 star i got from last 3 days because I amusing iphone.

call CS they also have no idea to help me. Ask me to update the app or re install back - i did both and no change.

Anyone having a way to keep track our star rating with iphone?

looks like in cabin dashcam can protect driver against many problems -
a) got real or no rider? show them the video.
b) harass/insulted by rider - it is the proof
c) fake accusation by female rider - molest/rape
d) stuffs left by negligent rider took by next rider, not driver. don't ask driver to compensate with own money or report police against driver.
e) robbery case (only works if the cam is hidden away)

if let's say 20 minutes driver not yet come, rider decided to cancel the booking, what happen to the driver? need queue again?

I did call CS & he said old driver also need to opt-in but I still didn’t do that yet. Maybe we ramai2 can pakat not to opt-in. Heh.

I think those ex grab drivers Kena banned, now Uber driver, can only hope that grab  will f up their driver onboarding process... maybe with lousy record keeping. then they can sneak back into grab.
