No need worry, CR calculate weekly basis, for those knn rider didn't show up, remember report in apps (Support > Help Centre > Report a past trip issue > Feedback about my passenger > My passenger didn't show up)

Type your story inside and make sure those knn rider kena suspended forever. Your 5-6pm still got incentive. U can refer back your history and have more understanding.

I also notice more Grab riders smoke or vape compared to Uber

Another thing about KLIA pup, whenever I saw pickup from departure I will call them to confirm of the location. It is a bit odd for a pickup from there but there were certain time riders were genuinely there. Just use common sense I think...
