Today i started off with 100% AR for most part of the day until the evening as I picked up every requests right moment I leave my house gate. Technically i have qualified for all the earlier blocks guaranteed incentive. Then i decided not to chase after HG as its getting late and i want to be selective of the jobs so i ignored a couple of long pick up and places i dont like to go. When i checked back ended period, all my earlier blocks from morning until evening all disqualified based on latest day to date AR of 76%.

On the other hand the other day i started the day ignoring a couple of requests and for the rest of the day i thought i caught up by accepting every jobs but the AR doesnt increase at all until end of the day and i was disqualified for all the day's block. I called up CS to ask and the fella was evasive and says the system is correct and i need to catch up a lot to qualify for the day. I said mathematically speaking, if i ignored 1 and accepted 4 subsequently, technically i should be back at 80% but he says it doesnt work that way. Then i asked him then how does it work then ? He was silent then evasive and kept saying you need to accept a hell lot to get back to qualifying rate. Is this how the system works ? MACIBAI why don't they retro all the way to 1st day of driving for Grab and no need to pay any incentive. Belakang mari cannot depan mari also cannot. Either way we are fucked.

In other words no matter how high your AR in earlier Blocks its the latest AR for the day that will determine the entire blocks for the day retrospectively. That means we have to maintain above 80% all the way until we decide to go offline. Is this correct ?

I got a suggestion to record ignore was to put coin on door pocket for each ignore

multistop is the trip that squeeze every driver's ball

Cancel half way = no money, time and petrol wasted without compensation

Normally i see those multistop with laundry shop or convenience store. I cancel without hesitation, this kind of trip definitely waste your time more than 5mins.

Use common sense will know, let say shopping mall with multi drop off at residential area, this one ok, mostly drop off with 2-3 riders on board.

Another positive point is multistop able to give u time to rest or to toilet, but sometimes the waiting time will kill u unless u fulfill incentive hour.

the best multistop job is airport job.

Today is my first day to drive after the special re-education class for those got banned. Still camping at LSO. Was told that not in anytime to switch off the auto accept function for the next 3 month🤦‍♂️. Dunno if the rest can cope with that without the temptation of cancelling due to unreasonable pup or fares or is it just me. This is akin to slavery...

Suggestion for those who want to use grab

If on urgent trip , call driver immediately after booking accepted ( although driver hate it when navigation running and incoming call , because we might be on a busy and moving traffic , call could make us miss the turn )
( next were if we were on b2b trip , we must be near previous passenger drop off point where will incur a lot of turning and we need the navigation most )...use the CHAT function to message the driver...PLEASE. And do not tell driver "come faster I'm in hurry" if its rushed hour and everywhere is jammed...the driver want to get to you in a hurry too.

let me share why mlk traffic so slow.

1, crazy number of traffic light, can be few hundred metre another one. this due to "excellent" town planning.
2, driving mentality and lifestyle. many manual car in mlk, and the life much slow and relax. see light turn green still won't ready, wait front car move then step clutch, gear 1, release handbrake, rolllllll~~~~
3, not big road and many foreign car. those foreigner always claim they don't know road, need slow down find way so they won't miss and have to spend time turn back. but they don't fucking care they save few mins and cause many cars behind waste many "few" mins.
4, smartphone dilemma. just look at phone never pay attention for traffic light, then car behind all soft and scare don't dare honk.

all these add up make mlk traffic always just can drive 40~60. busy time 20~40. in mlk, for larger main road traffic light, u can easily cut queue, once u see light turn green, drive tepi, sprint up. as the gap between cars is HUGE

I once got a job to KLIA during uber time. Went thru heavy traffic in jalan loke yew during school out hours and had a hard time finding the pup. Finally after many exchanges of calls managed to find the location by the roadside in Jalan Kenanga. As I was approaching the pup I can see few persons waving and they are Indonesian migrants. There were 4 of them almost all burly. On the pavement were several big luggage bags and on top of that were 2 trolley ( those used to carry soft drink type ) filled to the brink. OMG immediately I decided not to take up this job. As I was approaching them I locked my doors and wind down my window and spoke to the person that I am sorry I can't pick them up as there were just too many luggage and with 4 passengers my car tak boleh muat. Despite his plea I proceed to cancel and drove off. I can see the desperation on his face and felt sorry but what the heck were they thinking when they book the trip as if a van or lorry coming to pick them up. I sincerely hope they did not miss their flight. When back home I related to my wife and son they chided me for being heartless.

Now cannot check number of passenger rating d?

One question: will i get banned if i camp at a place where i can do average 1 short trip per hour?
