I made a complaint where the rider do not have the money to pay fare two weeks ago. Yet to receive any sort of reply and response from Grab CS. 

walaoweh, now new drivers so rich can topup so much in credit wallet.

i poorfag only allocate rm40 per day.

fyi new drivers, even i max rm40 per day also i can get genting, klia trips.

Most of the drivers are ex-uber /grab banned from driving grab.Better appeal and come back to drive grab

CrapCar vs MyCar....Whoever wins, we lose.

btw I am really interested to know how many MyCar drivers willing to take klia job at rm59 if they need to pay 15% commission soon.

Students always go with cheaper wan la. Last time I want to try Uber Ace I went and camp at uni area.

So MyCar is the new Uber in terms of fare lol. But without the good app and platform. MyCar Surge I'm not sure whether as nice as Uber or not? And MyCar no incentives lol. Don't feel like trying MyCar liao.

GrabShare should be abolish because lots of customer don't understand the concept. They request for GrabShare but want to ride 4 person. Especially those bangla rider.

Just now got rm30 surcharge from Klang to Kajang. Haven’t been driving for quite sometimes and lost touch whether it is good or bad at this hour.

Hi Guys, This is my experience today.

grab is my part time job. today i start my grab journey at around 4pm. at the 4th job i got is pick up at cheras and head to nilai for RM117. so i think it's a good deal i just take it. it's a malay guy who can speak very fluent english and claim himself working as manager in an event company. he really look educated and his english is very good so he got my trust and i didn't think much about scamming or cheating. he keep on chatting while we on the way to nilai, and he keep talking about his fiancee like it's so real. he also told me that he borrow his car for his fiancee thats why he got no car and have to take grab, so his fiancee will meet him at jaya grocer nilai for dinner and pick him up. when we reach nilai jaya grocer, he say he tell me got no cash with him and need to get from his fiancee first. so i trusted him and let him go and get money because there was a quite alot people standing at the mall entrance i tot one of them is his fiancee, but then he slowly walk away and by the time when i realize he might run away, he already disappear from my sight.

so what i actually want to ask here is.. how do i report this to grab? because i don't get pay but grab still charge me for RM28 from grabwallet. (25% fare for grab)

its a very bad day for me, first time got into this kind of trouble myself.

if those who curious, my loss was total 110km and 2hours of drive go and fro, RM10 tol and RM28 grabwallet.
roughly RM70. but the main thing is i so pissed at myself why so dumb. and also, i can tell and admit that i'm a racist person from now on.

lesson of the day: never trust anyone no matter how well they look and how well they speak.

Thing like this makes me wonder why grab doesnt impose pay deposit first for rm50 above trip. Save ass for all drivers and grab too
