This crappy company is a victim of its own carelessness in revealing destination and fare as it's main feature to attract drivers. By doing so, cherry picking has now become a big headache which they a finding ways to overcome.

Btw do you realise that we have also many sohai drivers? This morning I booked a trip for an OKU with a wheelchair and he has the cheek to advise me to book a 6S cos of the wheelchair. Hope he get suspended by making his own policies.

this morning 715am, a ping from cheras to jalan ampang (11km, high fare as RM32), completed in 30mins..rider said okay because company pay. she wanted to buy another app, pick n go but no drivers....

No difference for driver also what.....u buy car or rent car for it, i mean for those full time driver lah

or, even higher for grab car driver, car rental more expensive?

oledi slave to grab, driving to cover petrol, car installment, maintenance with miserable fare and ever shifting goal post by Grab, still got time go dating meh?

U sure not.....last time i kena to rawang, empty car back. Kena to genting, empty car back, port klang, also either empty car back or pusing pusing klang and port klang, all rm5 and below fare....no way got ride back to kl/ pj one....
ehleh....uber tarak sing praise to uber......i was one of so called earlier uber driver, if u allow me to brag lah  with commission 20% and all card payment only, petrol below RM2/ litre, initial fare was rm2.50, rm0.90 per km, 0.30 per min, the good old days.....everyday 4-10 trip, rm100-rm150 kaotim. In between can lepak at home wait for ping. Then, they drop fare to, more ping, lucky petrol still below rm2, i think rm1.7. Ping come in non stop.....but, riders all civil, respectful one, they know they just tumpang car, wont demand lebeh lebeh, punctual.......coz they know their personal details, Uber have, can trace back to them any hanky panky.

then, start to introduce cash, to compete with Grab, then, keep throwing incentives free ride.....then, all sort of idiots riders surface, anyone can just buy a prepaid, go register for Uber. Many kiddos and demand this, demand that riders, coz they now anonymous oledi.......there where incidents drivers kena robbed lah, riders not pay lah, fake riders lah, 6 people try to fit in lah, travel distance 200m lah because want to try out Uber/ rain/ lazy to walk hot sun....etc.....maybe not too often, 20% I would say.....

And, finally, fixed fare like Grab....

And, don't forget, Uber, driver would not know where rider destination one, so, u can drive 10km to pick up riders just for 200m ride.......ok, I never kena so extreme, I kena drive 5km for 600m ride, and 3km for 200m ride....first because the kiddo dont want walk, hot. Second, raining, the kiddo got prom party, all dressed up.     

So, Uber is ain't angel also ok......

No lah......Grab more problem than Uber.... although I do like Grab where driver can see rider destination, make informed decision whether to accept or not. But, now, after lurking here so long, machiem slave jer......

My stand still the same, do not treat driving Grab as full time, many had seen and discussed, Grab is just changing goal post, driver got little say. Be driver only say to try for fun, or facing difficult period. Mau drive full time, better go drive taxi. I guess nowadays unlike last time, many resign full time job, buy new car just to drive Grab.

Eh, what did i do until u labelled me badass Uber driver ah?  I got do something so extra-ordinary meh?  Remind me.......and tenkiu for the compliment....i like the term badass driver..... my ultimate goal, too bad, uber oledi disbanded, to accept ride, the most celaka riders type, demanding, ask wait long long.....then, purposely slow down in front of them, as if to pick them up, then, speed off and claim rm5 cancellation fee..... as my farewell to Uber

lel.....those were d days....you remind me those tricks, pick up at high traffic area where can't stop, lebih kurang 5 min before reach, +/- 2km, click "arrived", when reach, usually riders will be waiting for u (some with black face, potential low star rating for u, but who cares  ), or can't see, or still terhegeh hegeh with shopping bag, wear shoe, etc.....straight cancel, got RM5.

Then, go bit further, wait the fella request again, high chances will be u, coz u r d nearest 

Or, see takde rider, drive away further, hide, wait for 5 min, cancel. Then, wait for another request 

A very good way to teach those idiots riders to respect drivers time and effort, where drivers will always try to reach them asap, know their time valuable, but, they don't know driver time also important.

Even nowadays, whenever I take Grab, I make sure I am ready waiting for the driver one, never at once let driver wait at all, not even 1 sec. Always ready standing waiting for them (sometimes they mistaken, standing middle of road, machiem marah, wait long time, immediately enter car, they say sorry, sorry boss, let u wait.....then, I smile, no lah, I say just don't want driver wait lah, driver time also important, mau cari makan, fixed fare, every min wait, no income for u, immediately, the ride become very pleasant for me and driver jor...... )

But, nowadays ah, very hard to get ride jor.....always kena cancelled jer.....or accept, then, call me ask to cancelled  can't blame oso....fare ciput, rugi wei....so, my ride oso getting lesser coz grab not reliable like last time jor

no lah, i put my exact name, common name oso........usual kena is when I want to go airport, 70% sure reject one, especially early morning rush hours time, ......distance to airport from my house, 60-70km, depending what route the driver want to take lah.......standard fare rm65. And, only myself and my small little luggage (can even hand-carry type, no need check-in).

Today I had a few irritating riders 

In the first case, a woman came to my car, so I pressed Pick Up. But she told me to wait for her husband.
Her husband took his sweet time to come. Total waiting time - more than 5 minutes.

In the second case, the rider was a lawyer who wanted to go to Subang Airport.
He put his luggage inside my car, but told me to wait for a while, as his friend was handling over something to him.
This time I hadn't pressed Pick Up yet, but was reluctant to cancel the trip, as I was in an ulu place with low demand.
Total waiting time - about 10 minutes.

Then, when we were on the way to Subang, he told me to drive faster 

i kena sound by a rider, ask me why drive so slow and why stop at junction for so long, knn u got eye see the car is coming and ask me cheong out meh.

I tarak answer him then scold me with vulgar words, stupid arabian. After that kasi sad face + abusive behaviour report.

This kind of rider no need to answer him, just listen to music and drive slowly, if he talk politely i will consider vroom vroom for him.

hehe since we r on the subject..pls for newbies..dont simply simply kick ur rider arr..be patience..if cannot tahan only do..but at ur own risk la...
