From my experience la... Assume applicable to most of us since a lot drivers complain call riders but no answer

that also if u managed to get a single ping at cyberjaya that place is not its used to be already.....riders there migrated to MyCar, as chances to get request for MyCar is higher

i drive for both Grab and MyCar until MyCar need to pay the RM40 1off thingy which i didn't and blocked my account, its useful when at Cyberjaya, as i've waited for ping with Grab close to 1hr and when i open MyCar i got a ping less than 5mins and it's kind of continuous compare to Grab

MyCar has yet to collect commission for each trips and the demand for MyCar is kinda stable there at Cyberjaya compare to Grab which i don't understand as the fare is the same or almost the same

Grab say if do so it will make the riders inconvenience and don't want to ride Grab which will results in much lesser demand for Grab

If I recalled this correctly this was previously said by Sean Goh himself last townhall session that they cannot and will not try to verify passenger details although admit it is a problem.
Reason being is inconvenient that will cause to rider to register with Grab, and they want it to be convenient for riders to sign up which will create more demand for the drivers, in other words user friendly,
And also Rashid Shukor admit that the system weakness unable to detect form of identification papers uploaded automatically as grab users can be from other countries, eg: tourists , in short manually verify all riders details will requires a lot of work and labor, and this will not happen KthXbai.....

The current rider app does not have this function and any additional function or new changes they need to make a request to their engineer and cannot be done and implement so easily which was mentioned as well KthXbai....

You can't make a fake police report as well....how you gonna explain you got robbed and car taken while you are driving?
If you say hitch hiking a total stranger also highly questionable action as if you are invited to get robbed

You need to be a very good story teller and at the end claim might still be forfeited

Ok noted, next time wanna robbed a Grab driver make sure stranger order for u or use a burner phone to book with pre activated line for tourist.....

Apparently there are a lot of con cases where passenger didn't pay happened because of this....

Wouldn't that considered obstructing public servant to perform duties?
Probably bribe is involved for the covered up by Grab
Don't believe Grab can declined to provide cooperation otherwise can get warrant right?

Nothing much you can do except nod or shake and keep your mouth shut ....works for me

Because it is easier to sabotage your competition instead of focusing own own strength which requires great innovation and creativity which Grab never had got it?

Really hope there is strict action taken against Grab for doing this.... probably a lot of MyCar complaint also done by Grab lol.....

Trips like this better be careful coz might consider gaming, later lovely sms come why so long didn't dropped of passenger and still moving around yaaa

So big screen don't think is practical since might block some view or if passenger wanna grab and runaway also easy...
