What can do..  Till today cr at 25% in the morning.. Only few trips completed.. Have to chase to lower it..

Been driving grab for 6 months with about 1k completed rides, my driver rating hovered around 4.88-4.93 . But in the last month it has been consistently falling , now its at 4.70 . I haven't changed my driving style or interaction with passenger, car is clean etc. Anyone facing same issue?

how long have u been driving grab and what car?

too bad car not 1500cc sedan, else you get grabcar +. Additional 20% from eco rides. do share with us how you maintain 4.9 above?

That is impressive, as a rider i normally refuse to give five star if they are not sociable or ask for it. You definitely one in a million who can have close 5 star with this attitude....

Same. And yes, resulting in higher DR too.
Seldom clean the car as well, but i do clean the carpet on a daily basis, and using ambi pur.
People are probably getting less sociable, which is good for me.

But I also notice many cars with Grab stickers driving fast...

My guess is they need to maintain a number of trips a month.

And they are desperate for money, that's why they put those stickers on their cars. So they chasing as many trips as possible.

Almost correct, but mostly wrong. There are plenty of good drivers out there, but somehow customers are neglecting them for some reasons.

I constantly keeping my rating above 4.90 all the time.



but like S3phiroth and the rest said, in the service line, these customers won't be bothered/appreciate when we give good service.

that's why I stopped doing charity for these kind of people. by the way , more or less it was a great social experiments for the past few months.

Pemandu Grab disangka teman lelaki

LELAKI yang juga pemandu Grab kerugian RM3,000 selepas cermin Nissan Almera dipecah sekumpulan lelaki ketika menghantar penumpang perempuan di flat Taman Arbi, Tabuan di Kuching, awal pagi.

Dalam kejadian 3.40 pagi itu, mangsa tiba di kawasan berkenaan untuk menghantar wanita berusia 20-an yang menggunakan perkhidmatannya dari pusat beli belah di bandar ini.

Mangsa yang dikenali sebagai Fir, 26, berkata, beliau menerima tempahan daripada wanita terbabit menerusi aplikasi Grab beberapa minit sebelum itu untuk dihantar ke flat Taman Arbi.

Menurutnya, sepanjang perjalanan, tiada sebarang perlakuan mencurigakan dilakukan wanita terbabit dan hanya berbual kosong.

"Sebaik tiba di kawasan flat berkenaan, saya lihat lima hingga enam lelaki berusia 20-an sudah berada di sana bersama spanar dan besi memerhatikan kereta saya," katanya kepada Harian Metro.

Fir berkata, seorang daripada mereka dipercayai abang wanita terbabit kemudiannya menghampiri kereta sebelum menghemburkan kata kesat kerana beranggapan Fir adalah teman lelaki penumpang yang dibawanya.

Katanya, lelaki terbabit berang kononnya membawa adiknya sehingga awal pagi sehingga berlaku pertengkaran walaupun sudah dijelas beliau hanya pemandu Grab yang menerima tempahan untuk menghantar wanita itu ke destinasi yang diinginkan.

"Lelaki terbabit yang dipercayai di bawah pengaruh alkohol juga meminta wang sebanyak RM20 daripada saya kononnya sebagai balasan sekiranya mahu dilepaskan keluar dari kawasan berkenaan, namun saya enggan menyebabkan mereka menghentak cermin depan dan sisi menggunakan besi dan spanar berulang kali sehingga pecah dan retak," katanya.

Tambahnya, keadaan semakin tegang menyebabkan dia terus memecut Nissan Almera miliknya keluar dari kawasan berkenaan dan terus membuat laporan polis di Balai Polis Tabuan Jaya.

Fir berkata, ini adalah kejadian pertamanya diserang sejak menjadi pemandu Grab Oktober lalu demi mencari sesuap nasi sementara menunggu tawaran kerja yang lebih baik.

"Kejadian ini sememangnya tidak diduga kerana hasrat untuk mencari rezeki disalah erti oleh individu lain dan nyaris mengancam nyawa sekiranya saya tidak melarikan diri dari kawasan berkenaan," katanya.

Fir juga mengingatkan rakan pemandu lain supaya lebih berhati-hati sekiranya berdepan dengan individu sedemikian bagi mengelak sebarang kejadian tidak diingini berlaku.

U sure ar 10-15km only for 3 jobs? Grab treat u so nicely, don't throw at u far pick up locations? Or u just ignore pick up distance?

And hey, around New Year time pings very slow, man. Not my fault lo if only complete 2 jobs an hour.

Yeah.. since minimum fare and base fare increased, he didn't brag about his incentives already hor? I guess if he show us average fare RM5/trip again then really nobody will believe. If he show us RM6 average per trip then he don't feel proud? So don't want to show at all?

Got one time he show us almost 200 jobs for that week wor. But he said only drive 10 hours per day and Saturday and Sunday rest. So, 40 jobs per day? Every hour 4 trips? Woah... This guy don't need to stop to pangsai or eat?

rider app showing pickup 4mins but i was on da road..
on waze showing 15mins to reach mytown frm jln raja chulan wif heavy traffic..

they were understanding..saying poor grab drivers..
in the end drivers are on losing side/end.

My Destination is only good news for yerpot players.

im really dint remember i have picked up the same rider. if have there is not picked up same rider over 2 times, otherwise i will sure remember about this.

as i know, there is not only me have this issue.

last Friday I picked up same Rider 3 mins after I drop him off. forgot to call CS. my Incentive all came in and already cash out.

The prevention method that i can think of right now is kind of tedious.
Text all riders no matter what.
When rider gets on board, ask them to open conversation history and see if there is any other conversation recorded besides today (i wonder if date is recorded as well?).
Then pickup/cancel accordingly.

My record was 3x KLIA from same rider in a row even I run some 7km away. No bullet & wasted online hour to run off. No choice & took up 😅
