Why CS issued soft-warning to me as a victim without preliminary investigation over the Overcharged Accusation?
The Rider paid GC fare on the dot while fully utilized 6-Seater. 😢😭😤
Let me give a scenario on what will happen if they 'investigate'.
First, crap cs calls the rider.
cs: hi rider, did the driver overcharge u?
Rider: yes.
cs: ok thx.
Then cs calls u.
cs: hi driver, did u overcharge the rider?
Driver: no.
Cs: ok thx.
The evidence is conclusive. The driver is guilty and hereby sentence to permanent ban.
The investigation is now closed.

Simply say, they just dont give a fuck about u. U always on the losing side whenever u confront such an asshole rider.
Rider = innocent unless proven guilty.
Driver = guilty unless proven otherwise.
