It’s okay bro, nothing much can be done to get my RM 350++ back after all the hassle in HQ. Try to proof your innocence but end lots of answer they provided on the cause.

They are saying that your driver app appeared online and Crap trying to send job to you but failed. For that, they suspected you automatically listed as “modified phone” user.

Remember clearly that I switch it offline as I am not familiar with KL buildings and return to where I am from to make sure that I never receive any job from Bukit Bintang.

RM 60++ fare end up killer for my RM 350++ incentives.

Not sure anyone encountered such situation but at least I am letting other drivers aware that are such incidents.

From the SMS only I found out that my incentives burn.

The content of the SMS stated as per below:-

Grab: Dear (name) based on the feedback and on your driving pattern, we have detected that you are not using our genuine Driver App version. Installing unauthorized software/ programs/ apps aimed at interfering or disrupting Grab's services is a serious offence and as gentle reminder, please do not continue such behaviour to avoid termination of your account. Please uninstall the invalid app and reinstall our official Grab Driver app available on the Google Play Store/ our website at http://partners.grab.com/ios/latest/ Subsequently, your bonus incentives for week ending 14 Jan 2018 have been forfeited.

First of all - whose feedback? From Customer Service - they mentioned "Admin" department
Second - when to HQ they mentioned to me one particular job but in SMS stated driving pattern
Third - since when got a fake Driver App that can receive job(s)
Fourth - if you forfeited one day, I could still understand if this problem occurred on that particular day but entire week? Ridiculous.

Anyhow, just beware guys and do not trust those Customer Service personnel asking you to try appeal in HQ. You will have exactly 0% chance to get your incentives back but hearing their lecture how to avoid such incidents from happening again (such as buy new phone!)

U got 2 choices

1. Buat Bodoh and just say finger press wrong

2. Ask him get out and cancel the job

That is what the CS told me through phone - Don't worry sir, your incentives will be pay out once you reinstall the Driver App. We will inform the Payment team to process it accordingly but what you never know is that Payment need to go through Admin department.

Good to hear that yours did not get forfeited but I think Crap started to take advantage over this.

Maybe I will change the phone but if it happened again, I will quit driving for Crap.

No point accusing their own driver instead of protecting them.

Ppl recommend 'gps status' app to lock in ... Using it ... Not sure whether it helps as sometimes GPS signal is there but Waze showed no GPS connection

3. Why is your answer different from marizgracias. So I ask the same question to you as I ask marizgracias. Job accepted means right after you click accept job is it? Let say you accept a job at 5:55 pm then you drop off the passenger at 6:05 pm. So this job will be counted in 5 pm block?

There's appeal few rounds already. But we advise those who managed to reactivate, value their account, avoid being banned again.

Because last few batches, many of them got banned again after few weeks of probation period.
