Not sure how grab play with rating. I only drive friday sat n sunday last week.
Before start rating was 4.78 and end of week finished with 4.7.

Today statement came out saying 88% rated me 5 star for last week job. rating drop from 4.78 - 4.70
My fren - 86% fated 5 star but rating go up from 4.83 to 4.89

So i called the CS n ask for explanation - they cant answer me.

Crap is thinking all drivers are stupid to believe their bullshit of 4% when in actual fact it's 8.33%/month or 99.96%/year!! Do your calculations... In the 4th week its only 250 balance but interest is still 10. Go to any kedai pajak it's only 1.5-2% flat per month.

This is clearly a case of a company trying to exploit it's partners who are the people actually making money for them 24/7 and yet trying all ways to gain from their blood and sweat.

To be fair, how about paying the same interest for money in the credit wallet?

my car is 8 - 9 years old standing at 110k milleage (it has already depreciated to 20k). so car depreciation doesnt affect me. at most after 2 years can sell at 15k or not to sell at all if still working why bother selling (the milleage can tune one)
