Some times I got into a situation where I send pax to Sunway at Lagoon entrance then got ping to pick up at main Entrance (Grab Lounge) how can I reach rider fast enough so they wouldn't cancel?

there is one time midvalley on fire....my car unable to get into the pick up location due to police block to pick up riders

rider eventually give up and ask me to cancel after 10 mins or so....I select one of reason (can't recall) and cancel the trips...to my surprise the rider was charge rm5 cancellation although I never reach the pick up point.

so no necessary the rider are late then they kena cancellation fees.

there is secret way thru the delivery Bay carpark after Sunway Clio hotel... we were just talking about this in the v3 thread ...

phoa creative... I used the NPE way before from the industrial area in pjs7 ... just never occurred to me to use that way once Waze direct me thru Taylor's flyover. brain become lazy due to GPS.
btw you got used the shortcut from pjs7 to PJs 5 side using the metal bridge or not? the one that has warning sign saying "jambatan ini sudah uzur tak selamat..."...😂

I tried on my own before reading the post in v3 to find some short cut but end up stuck in carpark. Lol.. so now ask here for some pencerahan. Maybe need to try again during P block

Funny story...one time I was sunway geo Tower side have to drop customer at dk senza....I thought near only mah, just use the flyover from Lagoon Perdana to cross LDP like when you crossing from Taylors side but in opposite direction....mana tau when I reach the end of the flyover....cannot U-turn or turn back to Taylor....forced to go LDP to Puchong....GG. Swallowed $4.60 in toll to round back. lesson learnt after that to always trust Waze.
now whenever I at d'latour I always delay turning on available button, faster rush to lagoon perdana side then only turn on... precisely because I want to avoid Puchong job ping.

incentive time counted when you accept the job....but beware....say you accept job at 9am....but the customer actually booked at 859am....in your job history will show job is 859am....and for incentive purpose is treated as 859am job.

We used to have a super geng incentive player monkeyboy...he said he would CALL up his rider to ask them waht time their job detail shows....if 859am he will ask them cancel....GG. he kena banned after too many pax cancellation.

is quite hard to show unless you already know...but look for the carpark entrance after clio hotel...then look for entrance E (it will say delivery bay). once you go thru ticket barrier keep left then you can see the ramp up to freedom.

Super geng level means what kind of rides completed in an hr for one day
