How do we handle pick up point that we driver have to drive pass a toll. E.g, ping from PJS9 in Sunway when we drop off pax at LRT Puchong Jaya.
We just cancel and waste bullet? Or ask pax we have to share toll or something else? Thank you

Funny story...one time I was sunway geo Tower side have to drop customer at dk senza....I thought near only mah, just use the flyover from Lagoon Perdana to cross LDP like when you crossing from Taylors side but in opposite direction....mana tau when I reach the end of the flyover....cannot U-turn or turn back to Taylor....forced to go LDP to Puchong....GG. Swallowed $4.60 in toll to round back. lesson learnt after that to always trust Waze.
now whenever I at d'latour I always delay turning on available button, faster rush to lagoon perdana side then only turn on... precisely because I want to avoid Puchong job ping.

When u complain they will say we will monitor bla bla bla, got action or no action we also don't know. My friend fetched the same nasty rider second time after 3-4 mths interval, and yet that rider account still going strong, talking about action After all customer is still king/queen.

the most geng way to cut traffic is go thru KLCC parking underground....can reach Jln Tun razak, AKLEH bypass all jam...but have to pay RM5.
