Nowadays really hard to play HG. Now in Penang we don't have Flexi as an option. It used to be the 3rd trip kena tendang jauh or some jerung fare which burns the incentive. Now, 2nd trip ad kena.

Either that or no request at all till the last 10/15 minutes and get a huge fare.

Normally, I would be no problem to drive inside condo/flat/apartment area to their block, since often their blocks are quite a distance to walk to. I consider myself if have to walk the distance in this mid-age. Only problem in flats areas often the cars leave only enough space to pass thru, and sometimes difficult to get out.
But the security ask to wait outside, good too.

I no longer interested in percentage cashback after they revised  the weekly AR requirement to Daily AR and limited cashback hour. The amount of cashback is just too little under the new rules.

Now i want to target high fare only and no longer give a fuck about DR.

I was flexi last week. Manage to get a day cash back. Btw, is just too little to stay on. As a result I switch back to HG where I guess might give me more incentives. Flexi, u work like a cow, HG u work smart...

The problem is u dont want to get ikan bilis for cashback. No point getting rm20 cashback for rm5 x 20 trips.

if each hour get 3 job. (calculate RM10 at least la)
means at least 7 hours.

You get zero incentive after drive whole day??? Some sifu here target ikan bilis only so the fare collected is low but incentive is high. 

Hahaha yeppp, me too. Yesterday I earned around rm140 (gotta minus 25% for commission) but from noon until 11 p.m. Petrol rm50.

One thing I'd like to see Grab implement (since they copying Uber's UI for trip details), is show us the map when ping come in. On Uber, when ping received, their system will calculate the route to rider's location, then show you the route on the map. So if you need to uturn, you can quickly make an exit. Being able to see the route helps a lot in decision making. Not like Grab, job come in, click Navigate, wait for Waze calculate route (which seems very slow nowadays), then alamak! Missed a uturn!  5-10km plus big round to reach rider. GG.

Set destination to my home (wangsa maju) at 4pm.....reach and offline at 4.45pm with 4 AR bullets.Things are looking good.

5pm online.....first ping pickup at HKL go PJ,second ping Pekeliling go KLCC,third ping Setapak Central go Bukit Bintang,forth ping Danau kota go Pavillion.

5.05pm offline go home coz looks like going to rain and out of bullet.Better luck next time

how do you get rm100 incentive bro? Ohh i just started 3 days ago woo..
so far earning rm375. Minyak around 100. and Not yet deduct 25% comission. (and tips banyak juga lol)

Requirement for Grab Ambassador you need to have only one app. But not for grab associates am i correct? lol
