I seldom get pax now also as I heard they warning those riders who cancel 5 times in a row.

btw the love sms also accused me that i asked passenger to cancel without a reason. I was like wtf? Never once I asked my rider to cancel unless he/she cant wait for me.

I admit that I did ask one of my rider to cancel last week but that was because he cant wait for me. He actually asked me to cancel but I declined to cancel on my own because the job was so profitable. So i told him that if he cant wait then he need to cancel by himself. I guess he just not happy about it therefore simply accused me to ask him cancel without a reason.

PAX actually 10.29%, can't do anything as most are like immediate cancellation once I accepted the jobs. 2 of the immediate cancellation actually just because I park my car right in front the pick up point after my dim sum.

I got before. Then report to CS that rider asked to cancel. I mentioned that I recorded the call, but then I forgot to send them the file lol.

What are they going to do? Ban double agents?

They already cannot do that, because it's anti-competition, that's why they changed the rules. When I joined, double agent Ambassadors will be banned, not demoted to higher commission group.

This is the pitfall of them not wanting to admit us as employees. If we are free agents, they cannot take away our right to provide our services to other companies.

If Uber and Grab merge, I think can say goodbye to 20% commission rate. They will increase it. Take it or leave it.

When jam like shit, taxi don't want to pick up because their meters no Surge pricing. If they bukak harga besar, passenger don't like pulak.

If e-hailing, passengers cancel like shit because they got no brains, cannot wait. So Grab drivers off B2B in KL.

Yesterday with Uber, even the super far pick up distance I accept just to gamble and see whether the passenger really serious about the booking.

2 idiots cancelled after 5 minutes so I received RM3.75 x 2, then I went and pick up a nearer passenger. So those 2 idiots paid for my traveling expenses to go pick up the 3rd passenger.

After the 3rd passenger, the 4th passenger was one of the best ever. She waited 15 minutes just to get a booking, then she waited almost another half an hour for me to reach. Surge 1.9x she some more give me tips.
Grab stupid excuse is, don't simply cancel because it will ruin the Grab experience. Well, what action they take on riders, huh? Drivers are the ones who rugi time and petrol to be stuck in traffic to go pick up some asshole who cancels halfway. And if Grab stops lying to passengers about pick up ETAs, this problem will reduce. Uber ETAs are usually accurate, their ETA will be the same as Waze. Not like Grab stupid pembaris, no take into account traffic conditions.

Just follow system, any dispute ask them go complain to crap. I kena like this few times and rating suffer as well.

i do believe that is true in a sense, i know a few people like that. they dont have that type of cash in the bank, however.. they do have it in FD investment. so dunno lah. different people have different risk profiles. and then of course there are those that just spend paycheck to paycheck even though spending on useless things...

Became a rider just now to go out for lunch. Both were short distance RM5 promo ride.

1st ride, damn crap assigned a far driver to pick me while there were a few nearer drivers. It was still ok since i was waiting at home.

2nd ride, this time i got a nearer driver (~1km) but he asked me to cancel. I was like wtf? u were so near to me and distance to my house also ~1km and no traffic jam along the way. Such a sweet deal during mp hour u pun tak mau datang just because I was using promo? So i rebooked again. Wtf I got another far driver again. The different was this time i was waiting under the hot sun and sweating like hell the moment my ride arrived 10 mins later. Damn u crap, Your damn stupid matching algo was the one who ruins rider's mood, not the driver!

Anyway, 5 stars for both drivers.

If they were flexi then i will tip them for coming from far away. Incentive driver no needlah, the deal itself was sweet enough.
