Incentive in?

One of the many reasons why I prefer not drive at night.
Drunk peeps. Road hard to see. My old man eyes also kabur. Things gets worse when heavy rain falls.
My only exception to drive after midnight would be last job from airport.
But good thing about night is no jam, not hot and passenger cant see well how dirty the car is

Yeah.. since minimum fare and base fare increased, he didn't brag about his incentives already hor? I guess if he show us average fare RM5/trip again then really nobody will believe. If he show us RM6 average per trip then he don't feel proud? So don't want to show at all?

Got one time he show us almost 200 jobs for that week wor. But he said only drive 10 hours per day and Saturday and Sunday rest. So, 50 jobs per day? 5 trips per hour? Woah...

that's why I say luck and location which is also timing dependent. sometimes can get b2b where the drop off location is the same as the next pickup location. this is the best. or just very nearby (less then 500m). but then if you get 3-4 of this kind of jobs in a row you got another problem.. I once finished 4 jobs in less then half hour(this was during a promo giveaway period).

Klang and  shah alam too low demand, not worth camping.

Incentives sure banyak lo. Sat n sun can fine dining, clubbing, kao lui, etc

I noticed one interesting observation. Maybe u guys can test where possible. New week, AR n CR reset. Accept first job but rider dunno ffk where. Waited 5 minutes then I cancel the job. AR=100% , CR=100% also since first job of the week. Feeling dissatisfied, use the app to report rider ffk. Continue grabbing after tat to lower my CR, then I noticed my CR drops back to 0, AR-100%.
Scenario above common? I always thought that driver cancel CR will remained.....

I don't know if anyone noticed or not, but nowadays most pickup are always 3km and above? I hardly get below 3km pickup anymore. Is it me only or anyone also the same?

I've pick-up a same rider 3 times in a day and lost count how many repeat rider i had in a week. Usually happen when in incentives mode with those foreign worker.

Weird one is singapore rider, pick them yesterday, and today also pick them up but in different place. Maybe not enough driver.

Yeah i also kene before, 6.1km travel time 25 min. Bodo crap. I from forest city (Island) to pick up at forest city hostel (kampung area).

wanna ask sifu2 here today i did 3 job in 1 hour so am i entitled for the incentive for that our granted my AR 80 DR 4.7 CR 10 do i need to on9 the whole hour to get the incentives?
and what if i accept a job during 50minutes n finish it on the next hour? am i getting incentives also? blurrrr

Im part time grabber only..on during weekend (6am-10am)...
mostly i got my job for short distance (less than 15km)..

1. Since im only use grab app..no uber..so better i choose Grab Ambassador + hourly guaranties..its that ok??

2. Do i need to renew every week for choosing between prog (grab ambassador <> grab associate)??

Yesterday I told a client off for one of the first times - she selected pup at 7e curve, I park right in front of 7e curve in the lobby, after 10m of saying otw abit jam and her replying okay. When I'm there, try to call her, dunno why the fuck these people phone always got problem. Fine. She starts texting me, haloooooooo hallooooo u manaaaa. And I say Kat 7e skrg. She goes Oh..... Which 7e? I say curve la! She goes... Maybank can ah? Next to 7e.. I said hello,  it's not next to 7e,i have to make a huge round 15m. She keeps going on and on, oh nearby la, pusing sikit saje la, etc. I couldn't take that shit, alr explained to her, I went- u ada kereta ke? U yang bawak kereta ke I yang bawak? Then she goes alaaaa macmm ini I nak cancel. I go like be my guest botch

i couldnt agree more. Well, regarding this DR. What i do is i will ask for 5 star in a nice way. I did experience this, before this i keep mum and never mention rate me 5 star. At the end my DR dropped drastically. The moment, i started to open my mouth, i scored 4.97 at the end

Well, from this behaviour , you can sense riders tot that they are king and queen. They want driver to ask and beg for the rating. Thus, riders fantasized they got veto to decide a driver's destiny and somehow after awhile, i started to accept it. If you able to get 5 stars from a nasty rider, this is not called "mengampu" but instead a special skill set. You will feel so excited for achieving it. Trust me. Dont always complaint rider  or grab like shit like what, if this market now without crap and without riders....we are nothing but a pathetic soul who dont own a 9 to 6 job.....

Here i want to thank crap and thank nasty riders to complete my learning curve as i am a better and patience person by days.....

Stupid Uber passenger today book 3 times, cancel 3 times.

Luckily I didn't detour from where I was headed. Pick up location was really on the way to my destination.

Passenger had perfect 5 star rating. Kanasai Grab rider jump to Uber.

Had a rider cancel when i had to round the midvalley to come back to east entrance, said wasting his time la and so on. get next ping, from the same rider. he immediately cancel. I thought.. that's excellent!! I also don't want to see his face.. hahaha. cancelling twice, then cannot book again ya?

Happened to me once 3 same bookings in a row when i was still green. I cancelled it for the 1st and he did for 2nd n 3rd.

I think the job always ping back to the same driver if no one around or no one wants the job.

That day at Mid Valley I saw Mazda CX-5 picking up some Myanmar or Vietnam workers. They baru shopping. So driver come down to open the boot. The boot full of stuff. Baby stroller also got.
