sometimes rider die die wait for us.
because they are still in the bathroom.
when we arrive, they ask to wait they coming down. We suffer to go back 6km or drive 25 minutes.

Another thing.. got ping just passed pickup location. But because of one way road, have to travel 10-15 minutes, 3-5 km big circle.
What's the best to do? few times I cancelled.

If early the week, CR goes up much because ride count still low. By Friday Sat & Sunday, not so bad la.. maybe

last time use to start off in sri petaling, now start in Cheras Ketumbar after dropping my son.

feel that the ping is a bit slow even at MP hour.. but good la, i target only 2 trips per block only.

do u guys think ping is less now or more drivers ?

Ya lor. They ask me to tune to and then I missed a turn ended up using non toll road and time wasted on the road. 

Here’s some basic understanding:
- DR 4.70% minimum.
In-car greeting, on-board interaction, driving protocol & vehicle presentation. (Subject to fluctuations on daily basis). Part of receiving incentives requirement.

- AR 80% minimum.
Accept the booking ASAP in 10-12 seconds. (Don’t delay beyond that duration).
Ignoring a booking will seriously reduce the rate. May have to recover with 0.1% point to 4-5 job completions.

[Prank bookings are those booked & cancelled without pickup. Although registered as ‘Cancelled by passenger’ in fact its a gift. It will contribute to the accepted trip tally. AR+]

- CR 10% maximum. (Cancellation by driver)
Do not do it. Inquire politely in-order for the customer to do it. Use Grab chat or phone call to inform.
Practice to use Grab chat often sending waiting time to customer. (Will sound assuring rather than on the way. General customer perception is that the driver is in the loo or refilling petrol).
If the pickup travel time is 10min, send it as 12-13min as waiting time. (This will give you some time manouvering as you drive, customer’s Grab chat reply status & allow customer time to decide wait/cancel option. (If cancel, the AR+, CR- & if wait, then pickup, the AR+, CR-)

Be a little patient, Grab has increased the base fare thus it affects the customers, too. You may wait 6-8min for the pickup to show up. Surely you won’t be pleasant during the journey. You can’t show displeasure, else DR in jeopardy, so send trip report later. Let GCS system do their functions & drivers do ours.

Try as much as possible reading surroundings. Most often it’s shorter in distance making a u-turn when possible.

Singapore's Land Transport Authority (LTA) said that toll charges for all vehicles entering Singapore via the Woodlands Checkpoint will be removed from 1 February.

Additionally, toll charges for vehicles leaving Singapore from the Woodlands Checkpoint are being reduced by up to SGD5.70

Let me ask you guys:
If passenger pin the wrong location and we still need to call them and clarify their exact location then go pick them up according to GRAB SOP from the video.

IF there's accident happen after we pick up the passenger (at the wrong pick up point).

Will GRAB compensate for the passenger?

My guess is NO!!

but once in a while you will find these kind of good customers.

At least something to cheer about...practical minds prevail. How much time is spend on waiting around JB heading to Woodlands on a weekday?

dear sifus and seniors, i started driving yesterday part time in JB, i did 6 trips in 3hrs with gross earning of rm52. not under any incentives and as flexi associate
can i ask
1) is my earning norm or out of normal?
2) driving half way before i realise didnt tap the PICK UP tag, will this have any effect?
3) pick up a rider in larkin market main entrance with so many taxi around, wonder if i will get whacked
