AR showed under incentives tab was the last AR you achieved by the day, hence the same figure will be reflected for every hourly guarantees (retarded Grab system without realtime AR for a particular hourly block).  So in this case, if your AR was 72% when you called it a day, then it will show you all your driving blocks as AR 72% respectively.

Hmm... better bear in mind how many pings you ignored.  If you have ignored 6, then you need 6 x 4 = 24 trips (completed + cancelled - as shown in history tab) to get it 80%.

Looking at the positive side,  grab forces us to exercise our minds to stay healthy. Grab drivers practise mathematics everyday, gud for us!

Today was a slow day but was able to make something.
The festival blocks are pretty much useless to be honest, there's no point of trying to hit if you always getting pushed to do only the long distances while the short ones are all meant for flexi. Grab is a master of gaming.

The best part of tonight was hearing klcc and bukit bintang fireworks lasting less than 15 seconds. LMAO!

Just check my ended incentive tab, my AR counted as 85.1%. Selamat haha. If not 7++ incentives gone 😅.

Btw last time i pick up crap employee from jb office, he said for jb incentive they use the weekly rating. Not sure whether true or not.

I totally forgot that every year got fireworks at KLCC. What is so special? So many jakun foreigners go and crowd there until blocking the roads also.

My only memory of KLCC fireworks was when I was a kid. So fucking hectic. Take LRT wait few hours. By the time reach the station, fireworks over already.
Damn it, if I managed to pick up that passenger at KLCC, that's an extra RM48 net for me. I even waited for him but in the end he said he can't find me. Sigh.

Hey guys, need some advice.

I just got retrenched. hence i need to drive grab full time until i get another job.

My plan is to drive from 8am to 7pm or if i got energy continue till 12am, and on weekends ill rest. (just like corporate hours)

I was thinking to wack fares only and forget about incentives since im on grab flexi and im on the 20% commision cut.

What do you think? If any of you have ideas to help me i am truly appreciated.

My commitments are quite high. Im driving a VW polo 1.6(non TSI) means petrol is not that bad if i rarely floor the pedal. car is roughly 900 amonth. utilities = 200, phone bill 300,cause got plan with phone. home internet 160. All these are roughly shared with my gf except car loan.

Im aiming atleast 4k a month or more if possible.. Kindly advice my friends.

okay, in related to this, does this mean, Grab takes 20% commission for each trip, and then another 20% from incentive? that's a lot!

accident at 2am when at kepong, one ah beng car city speed from right and turn to left then brake in front of me, couldn't brake in time and knock city butt
