Initially i suspected it could be due to false positive of Test-Keys result but now i am not sure the actual cause without further details. Did u just switch your driver app to a new phone? What did u do to your phone 1 day before the crappy app detected root?

Like i said before, certain brand of smart phone can provide 'fake' root access without rooting the device but by changing the security setting. So check yours.

Beware of SD feature because there is a bug that could prevent u from receiving any jobs.

I thought i was on softban yesterday night but I received no sms. So I have called cs to find out the reason and they said i was using non genuine app. I was like wtf? I argued with them and they just asked me to get a new phone.

One moment later I called again and talked to another cs and this time they said i was using a rooted phone. Wtf?

And then another of my complaint via email came back. It said my account has a technical problem and will be refreshed asap.

So how? Which one was the correct reason?

Eventually I saw someone else faced the same problem in fb group just now. I followed the advise to switch off the SD properly. Viola, Job ping came back in just a few minutes!

Fuck u crappy cs!

Honestly i dont really think remark will help if u breach their ar/cr threshold especially if u r a HG player. I seriously doubt that any of them read your remark before banning u.

U almost got maximum incentive reward to cost ratio for completing just one rm11 job. Isnt that all HG players wish since 2nd job in mp hour guarantees u extra rm8 only?

I became the 1st victim of masking phone number.

My rider left his belongings and i had to travel 40km to seremban to send it back. I could not contact the rider upon arrival therefore i had to call cs 3 times to call the rider. The fucking cs said they will contact the rider asap but then the so called asap made me waited more than 30min.

What made thing worst was the rider refused to pay the agreed fare! Fuck! Wasted 40km of petrol and rm8 toll and 2 hours for nothing!

If that was the case why most HG players curse when the 4th job was beyond guarantee income? Would you take the job if the next job was RM29?

Because i was near r&r seremban on my way back to kl. I dont mind to return it because his wifi agreed to compensate me rm50.

Anyway i didnt give back his belongings since he didnt want to pay and cs said no compensation for me.

Of course worth less than rm50.

He kept his foods and fruits inside a bagpack together with some clothings. I think he missed it because they brought a lot of stuff together. The dropoff point was dark and he put his bag on top of carmat. I did a quick check before i left but too bad i also missed it.

You havent heard the best part yet.

The rider texted me yesterday night and asked me to send it somewhere near his pickup point. He still declined to pay the fee he owed me and expected me to send it for free too this time. shocking.gif shocking.gif shocking.gif He made me really mad so I told him if he want it then please come to collect it at the police station near my house.

The job fare was RM85 and I thought it was a sweet deal since a round trip took only 80km and 70-80mins. Eventually this became the worst nightmare i ever had since i joined crap.

Just curious, if a rider breaks his promise to pay u, will any of u still give it back on the spot after traveling so far?

I wear short sometimes but it is long enough to cover my thigh. Covered sansals are my standard footwear. My car is old and a bit noisy and i never put fragrance. I seldom wash my car but just clear the sand on carmat before i start crapping. I never provided any goodies or asked rider whether aircon/music/volume were satisfactory. The only things i do are basic greeting and confirmation of destination upon boarding.

Most of the time i just concentrate on driving and never initiated a conversation unless spoken to and never beg for 5 stars. Basically i never did the so called pro advises given by crap. Yet my dr is consistently above 4.9 for the last few months. (Highest was 4.98)

What i realise is that the most important key to high rating is how long u make your rider wait. If they wait more than 5 minutes especially if u still fetching another rider, i would say that most likely they wont give 5 stars.

Of course if they r a ccb rider then nothing u do will save your dr.

I as a quantitative trader who have a deep understanding in statistic and probability theory, chaos theory and randomness, gambler's fallacy, and also a hobbyist hacker. I must say that @moosekaka is completely right. Judging from his statement, he must be a highly educated and scientific orientated person.

Seriously, having more total number of rate does not make one has higher understanding about the rating system than others. Just like a gambler who enter the casino every week does not make him has more understanding of how gambling system really works than others.

wanna to "throw school bag" a bit here... tongue.gif Given enough trial, a small probability event, no matter how improbable, will eventually happens. In layman term, shit happens. There is no conspiracy in your DR, it is just bad luck. And such bad luck tends to stay with you if you have a lot riders who has an asshole customer profile.

My DR is consistently above 4.9 not because i am lucky or crap spare me from their "watchlist". It is because I tend to stay away from those who has an asshole customer profile.

There is never a shortage of drivers and the queue is still long at klia. So i guess there is no reason to pay an incentive to encourage the drivers.
