I noticed non peak hr, when suppy and demand well matching, B2B really chun... like yesterday 11am to 12pm, all three jobs had B2B where the next job was at the same place of dropoff, or less then 100m away!
But then the moment peak period start....4km pickup again...zzzz

fetch to flora , i think they were dangerous , and pickup and dropoff security guard seem not happy with them.

i can say alot of thing here but dont want , but must say that those who pick them up need to be more aware , or if you are female , better avoid.

for me , i wont fetch them anymore .

skip all the bad attitude which others passenger also have , but when i took a wrong way due to jam , the moment passenger tried to " stand " by pulling my front seat to tell me that i could be taking the wrong route , can know that the seat might be fall down just with a small reaction of the weight . and i need to say they seem to be super aware all the time , not sure it was me or not. but this situation was not good at all , their phone number were false , their name were false . and the place was so damn uphill.

i not sure can grab system that female driver wont get ping from there , but i hope the jaya one lecturer for newbie classes can mention about this to them.

Yeah I do.  For the most part it doesn't help much.  I guess I could give detailed directions from the "pickup point" to where I actually am, but it would be quite a long note, and would depend which direction they arrive from.

That is not uncommon that my cancellation (PaX + DaX) shot >30% nowadays. I think the key word is Passenger’s Complaint.

Hi all, I am a part time grab driver who drive only on Saturday and Sunday.
I am thinking to become full time driver . Do you all think can make RM 7k per month nett, if I drive 11 hour per day for 6 days a week?

yesterday i was waiting in que at klia. as the number gets lower i just waited and wait.
then i get 1 ping, tried to accept it i cant. press the accept button nothing happen. then the timer run out but immediately another job came in but same scenario i cannot accept the ping.

then the app went into the unlock screen.

and my que number go back to 800..

called grab about it and they say the job i cant accept was not recorded in the server.

i ask for he report number so that i can refer back but the cs say cannot give because of pnc reasons.

i really think that they never make the report at all.

Any one receive this SMS. I downloaded Root Checker , and it shows No root detected. My phone is not rooted, but keep receiving warning sms.
What I can do?

Check with SU Checker also not detect any root. Also did factory reset previously, but still receive SMS reminder.

Need to go to Grab office for them to exclude my device as non-root?
Otherwise, it will get suspended again.
