You didn't make full payment. A cashback/credit from CIMB after statement issued is not a part of payment to CIMB.

Yes received it after ~50 days of RM 200 spent. I think the condition was within 60 days, not 30 days

contradicting statement from you le.

if paid in full, means the whole statement amount lor. since you already excluded the cb, then you paid less. it's a known issue with CIMB that any cb awarded is not considered as actual payment.
