Suddenly there's a scratch and small crack on the side of my phone. T.T

Hopefully it's just the screen protector. Gonna go to Machine later to get another tempered glass and a better casing. Any recommendation on the brands?

Did you buy yours from Apple online store? I don't know whether to buy from Machines or Apple online. I scared if i buy from apple online, if there is any issue , hard to resolve. Also heard Machines have really bad customer service.

Does the dust actually damage the phone in any way? Usually can just use tissue to wipe it off.
