Can anyone recommend whether to buy this phone from Apple online store or Machines outlet? What are the pros and cons?

I'm just received my phone from DHL, lucky don't have any problem. Last years my i7+ got one minor scratch at charging port area. Request to exchange, take me 10 days to get my replacement.

what happened to ur existing unit?

i am thinking whether i should get it online from telco or go walk in (not knowing which digi stores in KL have stock)

Ohh! this is the type that cuts off before the speaker and ambient sensor that I've seen in a few other TG online as well. I would have much preferred this as the others get dusts easily through the speaker and top edge TG.
Let us know once you used it if due to this downward cutting in the middle, dusts managed to get into the front camera & proximity sensor/flood illuminator area.

lol I did that before, but didn't really help with dusts stuck to the TG on the bottom. Need cello tape for that, and wouldn't recommend pulling out the top part of the TG only to clean that part since after several times the TG adhesive wears down and you won't be able to get rid of bubbles near the top border section. Lesson learned, threw my 1st TG out after that lol

probably remove those dust but wouldn't it scratch the surface?

Last year there was a GIANT scratch all the way across the screen on my iphone 7+. It took Apple 2 weeks + to replace my unit.

If you bought 64GB then I guesss the process might be faster.

One workable solution would be to buy a new unit and use first....when the replacement unit comes back, sell it off or pass it to your maid to use.
