but then, u might also get bash up. okay imagine this, Barcelona is losing 1-0 to Real Madrid and Ronaldo scored another goal to extend the lead to 2-0. A fan of Real Madrid stand up on the chair shouting real madrid and singing some sort of songs that goes "barcelona suck " right in front of u. If u are a die hard fan of Barcelona, ur emotion will outstand ur mind and u will whack that guy. But if u are not a die hard fan of Barcelona, than u probably wont waste time celebrating in front of MU fans on a game that is already won.
*
it already happen before when Madrid win 4-1 couple season ago, whack people is not my option, as i post before i hate fan hurt, killing just for football, even i done weird celebration there is nothing happen here, we always done this , watching and bashing boooedd opponent then back home with peace

just a question, do we need whack opponent to be die hard fan?

its not what u can control bro. People dont just whack people around for their clubs. I mentioned in my earlier post, ur mind gets carried away by ur emotion and when emotion takes control, its not what u can control anymore.

btw, "more over things done by MU"??

Theres a major difference between being passionate and being stupid. I still remember watching the UCL final against Chelsea at Souled Out two years back and got goaded by the Chelsea fans seated in the table in front (or ABU's, can't tell the diff... came supporting the team in blue decked in normal t shirts and boo-ed the one in rerd more than cheering the one they claim to support) so many times it was unbearable. The early misses, the Chelsea domination in the 2nd half, the Ronaldo peno miss... You should see the things some said about United, one guy even telling his friends that Ronaldo's mum didn't give him a bj in the morn. I mean, wtf? The cheers followed by the silence from their table after Terry stepped up for his pk was priceless in itself, and when Anelka's got saved, I got delirious, was on my knees grasping my face for abit, and then just proceeded to smile at their direction. Needless to say their expression was hilarious and they left seconds later.

Class, my lifelong dream is to retire in Manchester, somewhere thats within walking distance to Old Trafford. With a season ticket, and if possible (financially of coz) seated with the Singhs near Fergie. Those bunch are funny as heck.

You know this is something i find weird. I can never understand the fans over in Msia supporting Brazil or France or Holland or Germany. If you ever ask me which national team i support, Malaysia is the only country i would utter out. And yeah, lets not get started with the quality of football they play but bottom point is, won't it be weird if say a bunch of local French guys in France wearing Malaysia jersey jumping and shouting when Malaysia score a goal.

I'm attached to football club, not national team so naturally i don't jump and cheer when i watch national teams play. It amazes me seeing some people saying they're die hard fans of England. Shouldn't we like support our own country?

Oh well, off topic reply.

Hahaha, this is probably the post of the day. I dont normally watch Man Utd games but i happen to notice the Singhs during the MU-MC game. Are they regular season ticket holders?

If you watch enuff United games you'll notice that they're regulars and they get a fair share of camera time thx to them being so close to the dugout. And their expressions are hilarious to watch, especially when they're taking the mickey out of the opposition manager.

Only flaw in my plan though is that for me to realise my dream of sitting near Fergie I'll either have to retire real early or Fergie will be long into triple digits. Long may he live!

Same here mate. I mean supporting a club is one thing because there are certain values associated to clubs, a sense of identity. I personally don't get the strong emotional attachment some seem to hav with other national teams. I mean I watch the World Cup and I have my favourites, to be more specific teams with Liverpool players in them, but short of feeling sorry for the said player if they lose, I won't cry myself to sleep feeling sorry for the team.

On the issue of having dreams of staying in Liverpool or whatever, I had them as well. Thing is I don't plan to live there. The funny thing though about dreams is that because they don't appear real, we seldom do anything to realise them. We just wait and hope. What's more important than having them is to work towards realising them.

just like Adebayor running 90 yards over the Arsenal supporter side and celebrate it, do u know those supporter could run down in group and beat him up and possibility he will be end up in hospital with serious injury?
The same could be said for Gary Neville who has been embroiled in goading incidences twice, most recently being against Man City. Mourinho did the same at Anfield. It's easy to lose self control in such emotionally charged situations. Same goes for being a fan. Everyone has their limits and as tame as an individual may be, he'll lose all sense of logic and control at some point if pushed far enough. I can't say I don't get angry when I see rival fans taking the piss which is why I do my best to watch Liverpool games in the presence of only Liverpool fans. While acting out of emotion should not be condoned, I think it can be expected.
