I've called 1111 and answer given was kind of vague too. Shall wait till Mon before I call them again. Guess quite number of customer impacted with this similar scenario.

today queue up and waited about 2 hrs just to sign up iPhone 12 bundle plan, apparently blue cube is out of stock for 12 pro 256gb pacific blue.

For my casses ,I received payment and order confirmation email. But i check back online store history order status is Failed and payment sucess

I think it just the system error....try dial 1111 and get confirmation....should fine I think console.gif

Mine order status now showing - Pending. Does anyone else status showing pending?

Hope it just mean pending for delivery hmm.gif if anything other than this I'm going to ranting.gif

I was at the Blue Cube in Gardens yesterday, there was no one there because I wanted to know more about the MEGA plan since I'm still under First Gold Plus.

Maxis however, had a long queue.

then i no idea got what difference compare with the bundle phone
is it bundle with phone cant change phone rent to own can change phone?

Device Bundle is the normal phone with plan.

EasyPhone is phone with plan with the perks of upgrading your phone for free 2 years later but you pay more monthly because the phone price and plan is incorporated in your bill.

I'm on EasyPhone now (iPhone XS) but not going to upgrade because end up paying more and the phone is still in good condition.
