I order failed but stated payment success in the online shop account .Anyone facing same problems with me? I contact 1111 once they say system error and yes receive my order.worry about their answer

Yes, many faced the same issue. It means your order confirmed just that it will take some time to receive order confirmation. Try to see if you receive today

Yes me. And now I have 2 order. 1st time payment successful but system says unsuccessful. Then I wait email nothing. I try to call celcom but keep getting hang up. So iprpceed with try to order. And this time successful . After I manage to call celcom they sAy 1st order confirmed. But I only receive one order successful emailKeep calling them but they can’t do anything. Need log case

For my case , I called them to ask and say system error and consider success.I try use my number to book again ,system reject me and ask me go blue cube for assistance

i suggest u walk-in to blue cube they are much better. and helpful. just now i went to blue cube they say cant help me also need to press estore site.

I got a chance to sembang with the manager he say walk-in no need upfront and they just take RM300 only

I also haven't got any email update...chat with CS and the answer is very vague too
