Anyone know if celcom pre-order open to MNP customer? Or just existing customer only? If existing customer only i likely will go mnp to celcom first haha

Just checked with celcom fb chat. Still no info if i can pre-order is i an MNP customer. umobile says need to be new customer or existing. No MNP

looks like no option for MNP. oh well then i'll just get a new number then. Move my active number to XoX or Unifi Mobile

actually initially i was considering celcom but then need to pay upfront payment(although will be rebate back). after that i found that Umobile dont have to pay upfront as long as u use credit card and do auto debit then i'm more lean towards to Umobile. but now this free charger for 1st 100 PO. haha cant decide lol

Seems like its 20W charger. seems better deal with celcom and its for 1st 1k customer not bad

just do it online some more got free charger ler. i guess the free charger is only for those PO online.

BTW online 100% need to auto-bill?? i'm still strugglin between celcom or umobile. tomorrow will call up umobile see the tnc for po online/walkin

Yea the upfront payment was one of the reason i am considering Umobile as i know umobile previously dont need upfront payment if you pay by CC and do autobill. but not sure this round.

on the delivery date. base on my snipped in previous post, looks like those PO on 6th till 9th nov will be able to receive on 13th or so dependign ur location. the rest will only receive after 16th

celcom has the worse customer service in the world. my 1st transaction was unsuccessful . 2nd transaction ok . unknowingly to me my card was charged 2 times. now they tell me they cant do anything. need to wait 24 hours

Yes me. And now I have 2 order. 1st time payment successful but system says unsuccessful. Then I wait email nothing. I try to call celcom but keep getting hang up. So iprpceed with try to order. And this time successful . After I manage to call celcom they sAy 1st order confirmed. But I only receive one order successful emailKeep calling them but they can’t do anything. Need log case

i suggest u walk-in to blue cube they are much better. and helpful. just now i went to blue cube they say cant help me also need to press estore site.

I got a chance to sembang with the manager he say walk-in no need upfront and they just take RM300 only

Yes, i went to Blue Cube asked. just pay 300 deposite upfront can be waived with condition even you are new register number or MNP.

Depend on the delivery person. Officially. No they are not allow. Last 2 months I got try to mnp to celcom they send me the sim and I wasn’t home. The delivery guy initially don’t want. But I insisted say just SIM card so he also cincai a bit put inside my pos box and gov him ic no
