Anyone knows how long does it take for Celcom to ship out the device upon sign up the package?
I've done the sign up and paid on 9th February in Sarawak Branch and until today still I'm waiting for them to ship the device to me. When I asked the person in charge of my sign up, they said it won't be that fast and hence cannot provide me any details on the shipment, even though the data plan has already renewed. |

Because Celcom online store sucks on their delivery times. Going to order ipx via celcom easyphone without device protection. Can I go to any apple authorized service centre to proceed a warranty claim for a faulty device? tq
