15 years. No wonder you can waive it. Anyone less than a year don't think can get the device protection waved.

Anyone knows how long does it take for Celcom to ship out the device upon sign up the package?

I've done the sign up and paid on 9th February in Sarawak Branch and until today still I'm waiting for them to ship the device to me. When I asked the person in charge of my sign up, they said it won't be that fast and hence cannot provide me any details on the shipment, even though the data plan has already renewed.

Sorry to hear that. Most went to BlueCube to get ours. Because Celcom online store sucks on their delivery times. Keep chasing them, thats the only thing you can do.

I see. Too bad that the Blue Cube in Miri doesn't keep stock at all and all orders must be wait for shipment from West Malaysia as I was told on the day of signing up the package.

Better go to larger blue cubes, 8 plus should have stocks. Color or storage maybe limited.

Thumbs up to Celcom TTDI. It took only 10-12 mins for me to walk out from there with an ipx under easyphone program. Have been with celcom for like 12 years (My 1st telco) and I bought it without the dpp. Was thinking to get an ip8 initially (I'm coming from 6) but walked out with an x instead. *Racun diri sendiri

If not mistaken no. They just bill the cost of the phone into your monthly phone bill for the contract duration.
