or their online CS not doing a good job with keeping customers informed.. got stocks replenished but didn't inform customers and just keep them in the dark..... happens almost every year with celcom, people wait and wait to find out there are plenty of stocks in their retail stores

publika celcom staff quite helpless (from my experience)...ask them few questions, they ask me back... but if u ask for stocks only then should be ok 

Bro, one utama Celcom got last unit 256 silver but sold out right in front of me so now they only got 64 both colours....they are on 2nd floor Next to Samsung, and it’s a dealer shop not blue cube (official centre)..
