hmm i think that staff is bs'ing you trying to hook you into upgrading unnecessarily, coz my cousin didn't upgrade his package, but he was with celcom for 5 years already, and the upfront was waived...best you call 1111 and speak to 2-3 CS to confirm this... coz they might have restructured their plans..

mine purchased online in 12dec ipx 64gb until now still not get it. CS keep asking me to wait as they opened case with the online store team.

Yeap their CS quite hopeless 64gb quite easy to get if you walk into stores...so far most bluecubes in pj also got stock for 64 every time I walk in to check..

They don’t have stock at all, not even 64 but might restock this weekend... I’m going to the curve later...not sure if there’s any blue cube there, will update again

This Celcom dealer in e@curve is a joke...no stocks for ipx, need to put rm150 as deposit and they put you into waiting list, then when stock arrive, won’t offset but your 150 need to buy accessories from them (lol)..

This is scam! Like previously i see, how they force customers to purchase insurance or whatever(i cannot recall) which is not necessary..

This one is epic bro, totally out of their mind..already no stock. Somemore gotta put 150 as deposit and probably need to wait for months...then 150 won’t offset with phone but force u to get accessories and heck their accessories are damn limited

Yea, wonder why celcom got this kind of strategy, or the employee itself can suck some commissions from the sales. This actually dropping the fame of Celcom. Luckily I dint choose them at the same time as i ever consider them as they provide easyphone plan.
