No, Celcom don’t have shops anymore, their authorized stores are called bluecubes now...they used to have their own retail stores but since 2014 they closed down all the stores and replace them with bluecubes...the one in pic above is not authorized Celcom, they are just the dealers, or we call them local phone shops

Oh i see. Understand on the Above. Can see the sales is pretty bad as they force people to put deposit and it is not refundable or offset with the phone price

buy online at their online store but taking the risk like me, dunno-when-will-ship and cs-cant-help as they need to log case with online store team.

It's been a month already, Bluecube/Celcom still doesn't have stocks for 256GB?

I think u need to keep calling them to follow up...or just walk into store...apparently their online system is abit flawed and their CS are not exactly doing their job.

Sorry to hear the wait is on going. Please be reminded there is no way celcom can force their customer to buy their accessories. As there is more casing in other shop for you to choose. Are you a celcom existing customer?

I wonder why other telcos don’t carry more stocks compared to maxis. Either they have more subscribers so they’re always out of stock or they are more careful with their inventory planning

or their online CS not doing a good job with keeping customers informed.. got stocks replenished but didn't inform customers and just keep them in the dark..... happens almost every year with celcom, people wait and wait to find out there are plenty of stocks in their retail stores

publika celcom staff quite helpless (from my experience)...ask them few questions, they ask me back... but if u ask for stocks only then should be ok
