Really guys, why so much effort going to every Bluecube store. Just buy it at the celcom online store and you would get it next 1-2 Business Day... unless you want to get it through easyphone package la, can’t do anything except get it at bluecube.

Just bought n opted for phone care of rm12/month. I guess is a good deal to have that as insurance. Any thoughts?

nope, i ordered online on the 12 of dec. until now, no update at all. even called to customer service, they cant check anything.

Pity you bro. I ordered 3 phones now at different dates and all 3 arrived the next business day (mine, wife’s and sister’s).

Anyway, their system does not update the shipment email the past week, if not you would’ve received the tracking number.

Celcom shafbury got stock 64gb have plenty,
256gb only 1 space grey. Last check 3pm. Tomorrow their close

Easyphone need credit card?? It's become sort of installment plan, can get it anywhere else who doing installment service. Anyway the ownership cost for easyphone is much lower IMHO

Ended up have to contact KPDNKK and MCMC in order to get my money back after a month

why is that? because of stock issue or your online order in their system is screwed up?

mine is a week, their customer support did not give me any solid answer.... even their fb is not replying me much.

May want to escalate up as I guess yours is taking too long. Further, there is quite a lot of stock now for 64gb at their outlet for walk ins.

that's why I never believe in online purchase coz its a luck game, perfect if its handled correctly, otherwise its a mess. I'd rather wait and grab from retail store..
