i ordered online at celcom website yesterday. i chose buy and deliver but until now no update.

anyone know the process?

I tried call gdex but they demand tracking number to check. Only with name they cant check.

in celcom website, the status is still "in progress"

how does celcom send the tracking number out? email or sms?

mine purchased online in 12dec ipx 64gb until now still not get it. CS keep asking me to wait as they opened case with the online store team.

buy online at their online store but taking the risk like me, dunno-when-will-ship and cs-cant-help as they need to log case with online store team.

and the upfront cant waive.

good part is the promo code can be used....
