Cons
1. Shady sialcom business model forcing walkin customer to open new account with new number and pay RM45 + GST. They give 10GB data 20hours free call and 500sms. The number must be terminated before Dec 4, if not need to continue to pay.  They will prorate the payment if terminate earlier. They suggest to use up all the 10GB data if not rugi.*

Customer also forced to buy protection insurance for RM12.70 for the first month in the event of damage including water damage but customer must pay RM550 then only another party will replace the phone with new phone. We can terminate the insurance after 1 month but if forgotten they will continue to charge**

I did during my order for iphone 8+

Only after report to kpdnkk and mcmc then they only take action. The celcom careline will only keep making new report one after another to delay and make you frustrated

This happens to me when im trying to purchase iphone 8+ from celcom online.
Ended up have to contact KPDNKK and MCMC in order to get my money back after a month
