Last time I had one exploded one (actually just leaking) - then i complained to Lazada, they senang senang refund me the whole item (2KG), no need return. Being the cheapshit Malaysian I am, I basically got 3.9KG milo for RM29.20

I'm quite pleased with their service recovery so far. Dun mind ordering more exploded packets form Tesco if they gonna give me that kind of refund hehe.

Looks like you should lodge a complain in. The packaging broke so there could be contamination.

The soft pack is not supposed to be shipped lying flat. High chance of bursting. Nestle used to pack the soft pack lying flat many years ago and had a lot of market complaints on burst bag. After researching they determined that it's best to pack standing

When you make an order - there are 2 options: Return/refund via their website or complain to the customer service. Make sure you got clear evidence of the damage. I always take picture of the sealed box first (just to scare them sikit haha.. if i open and drink then put back in who knows right )

I think for consumable I made it via their customer service email - sometime back already but I think for this case I needed to get to their email/cs feature. I heard recently lazada having problems on their service, but after 11/11 promo, I got all my items super fast still - So im still impressed - maybe cause I'm located near KL? so near the logistics hub maybe.

I have returned quite a few items, even one giant fan for RM700 cause it was too big (yea me stupid haha). All serviced well, though sometimes delay in refunds.

You can e-mail your complaint and the pictures of the item to asklaz@lazada.com.my. You can try to ask them whether they can send a replacement, but from my past experiences, they are just going to reply you that they don’t offer replacement, and they will offer to refund you in full and let you keep the item.

only limitation is that only 2 code can be purchased every 14 days (unless you have dupes)...

got thru via livechat and Lazada customer service very responsive, email sent very fast, replied them via email with proof of photos
Lazada offered rm20 voucher to compensate for 1 item that either goes missing or seller's fault....

ordered 4 items in LZD:
1) Ninja Van - updated status to "Completed & Delivered" today, but I only received item the next day.
2) GDex - left my parcel in the hub, i have to collect it myself.
3) GDex - received today, then only LZD sent me the tracking number.
4) SkyNet - received today, then only LZD sent me the tracking number.
