The stock distribution for Lazada is really messy I think.

3 seperate purchases for Petronas cards within 1 hour on 11.11, but delivery for the cards came every other day.

Don't forget to follow up and keep asking. They will get tired of u and just say "fk it here's the sv. go main jauh2"

Looks like you should lodge a complain in. The packaging broke so there could be contamination.

Almost all of Lazada's delivery are completed then only you receive tracking or any sort of confirmation emails.

Nothing beats getting parcels while getting a massage.

Got my watch which is shipped from Singapore yesterday.

Even faster than Surprise boxes that until now yet to arrive.

Used 4 29OR on 11.11. All fulfilled.

LEX didn't call when delivering a new parcel. Just dump at my mailbox and text me.

"Left your parcel in mailbox sir. Thanks"

He was unlucky I was at my condo lobby looking at him doing it.

Got screwed up 9 9 by me.

Well my girlfriend was home so obviously he did not attempt to deliver to the house.

It was only because my parcel contain some batteries he could slid into the mailbox. Or else what do you think he would do?

Plus what if you are actually buying more valuable stuff? I've order 5 petronas cards as well and someone could have just put their hands into the mailbox and taken it away if they have seen the guy sliding it in?

Are you a LEX rider trying to defend their unprofessional work ethics or you are just dense enough not to understand what are the repercussions?

I would rather that they do not deliver to my home when I am not there than just chucking my parcels and consider it delivered.

Imagine your parcel disappear and they allege that they already delivered to you.

I've bought 3k worth of items from 11.11 with a total of 12 parcels. Some local some from China. All fulfilled and delivered perfectly.

Just the most recent one after 11.11 they are screwing up I assume they are trying to clear backlogs from 11.11.

Quite simply I just asked him why he didn't deliver upstairs?

He said nobody answer. I said my family is in the house what BS he is talking about. I just left the house for 10 mins to retrieve another delivery.

And I saw him walking out of my lobby mailroom when I receive the msg from him.

And I asked him how can he confirm that I already received my parcel since there is no signature?

Is he going to be responsible if the item is stolen in the mailbox and he has no proof of delivery?

He just diam diam and said sorry.

I did not scold him any further after he apologised as well. He can be rushing for time but he would be putting alot of people in trouble if parcels are lost.

And I bet he is forging delivery signatures so that is something not right as well.
