yes there are few highway accessibility to Rawang
But till inner of Rawang, it back to truck road.
Also too many new properties development there, Rawang infra cannot cope with it.

When the area still have many big developers coming, it is a good thing.
sure have the capital appreciation 1, just the matter of time.
land is expansive nowadays, just look back pass 20-30 years of PJ/KL/KD,
when it become mature, more complete, you will never find back this price range again.

Do you think it is worth 550k today for a double story M Aruna 20x60?
You are already buying at future pricing.

furthermore there are having 8+6 rebate + early bird discount. Booking only 1,000
and the project will be estimated completed for phase 1 in 2 years. Why not give a try ?

ppl wanna buy new and now direct from developers bcos of lower entry price....pay nothing and get yr house x yrs later.

but they never count how much extra they committed to, much higher than the market value. End of day, they paid much more bcos of high loan commitment.

there are only 2 reasons 'got so many rebates'

1. to entice investors or buyers with little cash on hand to tight them down with even bigger loan commitment.
2. they priced it too high therefore need to give rebates to bring down the price.

25 years ago people already said Lembah Beringin (which is so much further than Rawang) can fly.

Lembah Beringin ? already knew cannot flyla during Mahathir Time, as too far from Klang Valley, include Bukit Beruntung, now Bukit Berugi biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

550k aruna is equal to more than RM300 psf.

Anggun and Taman Sari is selling around RM300 psf also right?

Haha, saw them selling hard at jusco. This project a failure. Look at the MR1 external area. Non of MS business. Pond become shit pond .. MR2 near to flat.. a mosque to be build opposite of the MR2. Telco coverage so poor. No unifi.. Look at MR1, still using manual gate. Haha
