Kundang estate.. already lay fibre and I believe the signal coverage also arranged accordingly. This is depending on developer wants to arrange for residents or not..... That is always the excuse given by developer that these basics features are not in their scope... Building a house but expecting residents to create a group and begging for Telco / authority to sedekah.... This is what MR1 residential complaint. But too bad support from the developer...... Until today.... No unifi... How the commercial shop lot dare survive? Basic unifi pun tak De. Use copper (a.k.a streamyx) hahahaha... Really no words to say...

Now FB and internet review elsewhere.... Generation Y & Z are not stupid anymore... They will compare... Not good sales for the 3rd phase mainly due to the negative review and support given as Rawang is not big... Ppl tends to make a trip to visit the existing projects... All within 5-10km away.... As far as I know. Any survey regarding to the developer.. almost majority given with negative feedback... If the developer keyboard warrior is reading.... Please convey this message to the relevant department.... do not wish to add more negative details but advise users here to Google more info and review as residents just wish good coverage Telco service and unifi can come in soon.....

mahsing reputation has not be the best almost all the times, started from 90s' but people still buy. smart buyers will google and find out which developers to avoid.
why then why you complaint now????? you are hoping leopard will change its spot?


internet services are not compulsory and legally required to be provided anywhere in malaysia. if the developer want to provide, its on their own accord.
sorry telephone line cables are required by law and SPA for developer to provide b4 vp. but the services which is provided by Telikom is not. developer will provide hardware and the rest wil be up to telikom.

about Gamuda garden, you need to compare their prices 1st. if its worth it to pay 50k or 100k more expensive home in order to get the internet services, by all mean go ahead.

Gamuda gardens normal terrace price can get semi cluster here, at least have to pay more 200k

when they sell you the house (or when you bought the house) from developer, did they promise you there will be petrol station there or banks?

developer only sell what they can sell. yes they might use other marketing tools to entice the buyers, but ultimately you are just have a contract to buy one thing, a house.

there is different btw township developer and single done and dusted developer.

even with township developer like SIME and Ew, ppl still complaint about lack of amenities like shops and banks. Now you expect a single done and dusted developer like MahSing with MR1 n 2 to give you banks and shops??????

next time please ask developer to provide you with job too, so that you don't have to travel 40kms to town each day.

p/s: there is petrol station site at the entrance to LATAR rite? I don't know if they have opened now since the highway is accessible.

pls take a look at what low yat development in rawang...tasik puteri. how years already there? got what there?

I am now actually recommend all my friends to buy there. These developer knows what consumers want to have. Or else will have endless AGM to collect signature and beg for the basic unifi and better Telco coverage ..... Are these two a "huge" demand from the consumer?

Yeah... Seems like going to minimal is the trend for "premier" developer.... Hmmm.... This phase got good network coverage and internet service? Didn't keen to take a look as previous phases no... Streamyx only... Which I was using maybe decades ago. But at least got right? Other projects /developers provided is the bonus.. correct?

Yes of given fibre optocs ot is good but its not a bonus.
You paid for it.

Unless gamuda n mahsing sell same price.

Bandar Tasik Puteri and Mah Sing, come out a lot of promotions as their sell volume too slow
However, IMPO, Bandar Tasik Puteri cannot sell, dead
Mah Sing property also dead cannot sell

MS cannot sell due to many unhappy customers from their previous phases.. (i.e poor workmanship and management team especially for DLP).

But mahsing seems all projects also good sales in selangor/KL compared surrounding projects. Some I think price quite high like M Oscar, people also sapu, some location no good, high density, M Centura also sapu.
