1st of all agent only said desa park. It doesn't mean desa parkcity. you guys read too much into it.

it also said desa park of rawang. Same with many other developments also claimed to be the next desa park city..........I reserved to name which developments that citing that.

MR2, 20x65 lishold, proper strata title GnG cant even break 500k on subsale.

good luck with 550k at what I think is more inferior location. Correct if I am wrong (for the location).

ppl wanna buy new and now direct from developers bcos of lower entry price....pay nothing and get yr house x yrs later.

but they never count how much extra they committed to, much higher than the market value. End of day, they paid much more bcos of high loan commitment.

there are only 2 reasons 'got so many rebates'

1. to entice investors or buyers with little cash on hand to tight them down with even bigger loan commitment.
2. they priced it too high therefore need to give rebates to bring down the price.

20x60 16xxsq is about there. any bigger, developer is bullshitting.

Mahsing changed its naming from M3 to M Aruna even before MR2 is completed.

I personally find MR2 is an Ok product. not too shabby. I don't know what is buyers claimed 'cheated' all about. cheated for what?

anggun city is an disaster by any account. in fact Guocoland hasn't proven themselves with commercial yet.
M avenue is dead. again mahsing still lacking of commercial experience, after so many years. really malu.

developers are not responsible for telco services. if they do, either its their own business (like YTL) or in msc status area or matured area. you want to buy inside mountain and expect 4G?

there are two reasons they pai tong at malls and hypermarket. to create awareness and to sell. many projects also do it this way, incl projects in good area such as Ara Tre at citta mall. setia duta villa which cost around 2mil also have banners on tiang lampu at ara damansara. sounds desperate even for Setia?

mahsing reputation has not be the best almost all the times, started from 90s' but people still buy. smart buyers will google and find out which developers to avoid.
why then why you complaint now????? you are hoping leopard will change its spot?


internet services are not compulsory and legally required to be provided anywhere in malaysia. if the developer want to provide, its on their own accord.
sorry telephone line cables are required by law and SPA for developer to provide b4 vp. but the services which is provided by Telikom is not. developer will provide hardware and the rest wil be up to telikom.

about Gamuda garden, you need to compare their prices 1st. if its worth it to pay 50k or 100k more expensive home in order to get the internet services, by all mean go ahead.

when they sell you the house (or when you bought the house) from developer, did they promise you there will be petrol station there or banks?

developer only sell what they can sell. yes they might use other marketing tools to entice the buyers, but ultimately you are just have a contract to buy one thing, a house.

there is different btw township developer and single done and dusted developer.

even with township developer like SIME and Ew, ppl still complaint about lack of amenities like shops and banks. Now you expect a single done and dusted developer like MahSing with MR1 n 2 to give you banks and shops??????

next time please ask developer to provide you with job too, so that you don't have to travel 40kms to town each day.

p/s: there is petrol station site at the entrance to LATAR rite? I don't know if they have opened now since the highway is accessible.

pls take a look at what low yat development in rawang...tasik puteri. how years already there? got what there?

selling the entire estate with only fibre optic as selling point? who will provide the telco services? Gamuda 5G sdn bhd?

as i mention, all developers are compulsory to provide hardwares for water electricity and telephone b4 vp.
